Vinification

Grapes picked manually in 15Kg cases. The grapes are then destemmed, crushed and transferred into temperature-controled (23ºC–25ºC) stainless steel tanks where they ferment for 10 days.

Aging

Two years in 6-month old oak barrels
60% French
40% American

Tasting Notes

Clear aspect, bright violet color. Complex red berries, toasted, with notes of overripe plums. Rich red berry flavor with great persistence. Balanced and well-rounded with a good structure that will allow it to age well.
