Vinification

Grapes manually harvested in 15Kg cases. The grapes are then destemmed, crushed and pressed. After decants, the juice is inoculated and ferments in stainless steel tanks for 22 days at 15ºC.

4 months in stainless steel

Tasting Notes

Clear, yellow citrine color. Tropical fruits with hints of citrus fruits. Elegant, rich flavor consisting of fruits with a good balance of acidity, leading into a refined, persistent finish.
