30% Tinta Roriz

Vinification

A micro-climate that combines high temperatures with low rainfall, as well as schist soils that are low in nutrients, make Quinta do Côa wines stand out due to an aromatic purity that can only be achieved in the Douro Superior. Organic grapes from one of the oldest estates in the Upper Douro, on the edge of the Côa river.

8 months in new & used French oak

Tasting Notes

Aroma with notes of berries and spices, with a long, elegant finish and hints of liquorice

Enjoy this wine with traditional Portuguese cuisine, meat, baked fish, smoked meats, as well as seasoned dishes. Excellent with curries.
