Vinification

The grapes are subjected to a carbonic maceration at 10ºC for 24 hours, followed by destemming, crushing and pressing before being decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.

4 months in stainless steel vats

Tropical aromas with an elegant mineral profile. Vibrant acidity, well-balanced with a delicate finish.
